@jh, it would help if you could give us a little more detail about what you are seeing with the coin in hand. There might be a slight Rim Fin from 11 to 3 o'clock, but otherwise, this looks pretty normal to me. If you also post the obverse of this dime, we can see if it was a mis-aligned die or not.

Added: You read my mind! Front looks normal, so I'm thinking a slight MAD.
