Just Machine Doubling. The areas you are looking at are reductions of the normal sized devices. On a doubled die, the devices will be enlarged.

Note on these images: The red arrows are Machine Doubling, the white arrows a showing the devices not machine doubled. (yes Machine Doubling can happen on a doubled die) The Machine Doubling is caused by the machine. The doubled dies are doubled on the die and the machine can alter these devices.
