The bump is just a damaged area on the coin that matches the same damaged coin in the images. Note how much wider the LIB is compared with your coin. The bottoms of the date should be like that. If every device is not a match to the doubled examples listed, then it is not from that die. Also keep in mind on the coins with a mintmark, they locations of the mintmark must match as well (on the mintmarks with the doubling and mintmarks on the same side. (The opposite dies is sometimes changed and the die marriage is broken up so in that case the mintmark can be in a different location.)
