Found this in a BU roll. Kinda small but I really think ragged clips are spiffy-aye-O so pretty happy whenever I come across one.

The ragged planchet was a pre-strke issue. It happened when it was cut as a blank. How can we tell? The proto rim is weak 180 degrees from the cracked planchet error. Thus the Blakesley affect on that area. So this happen pre-strike.
