It is a Silver quarter and worth it's weight in silver.
The mintmark you closed in on, is a MD Machine Doubling not an RPM.

Your pictures rotated because you took them in portrait, either edit them before using the optimizer or take them in landscape to keep them from turning.

Silver melt is the value for this coin. Even the slightest mark will remove it from being a hole filler in an album.

Oh ok thanks for the tip on the pictures and on the info on the quarter I learned something new every time, So what do you call this on the quarter? And I'm sure there's no value to it right?

Note how they flow behind the devices? They are die scratches on the fields of the die. (incuse) When the coin is struck the lines are not of top of the devices, as the devices are deep into the die and the scratches could affect that area. Probably movement of the die on the surface of the table, or damage while in the machine. Not a plus for the coin. Just a common event. (The knowledge if the premium for this. The next time you see it on a coin, you will remember your question that I answered here)
