I'm trying to learn too and I thought that this is how an over dipped silver coin looks, but nobody mentioned that it was dipped. panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18700 Posts	Posted 02/24/2020 11:11 am the lighting a focus especially of the reverse is not clear enough to determine surface originality. the 02(O) is typically of average strike and i'd say this one is average. I'm at AU58 but unable to determine if it was over dipped. the scratches above the eye appear to be displacing metal. should that be the case then they may details the coin however, it is minor in nature and may pass Report this Post to the Staff
