Same estate I bought large Cent I posted , I bot this also. This one I paid $250 but I thought It was easy $500 coin. I failed to cover proper for a while and some extra marks were from my miss handle. Please advise Grade & Good sell price-Im thinking ms62 $500? Thanks as always

From these photos looks AU-55 to me. Nowhere worth $500

The photos are too out of focus and have too much flashback for accurate grading. I can see three things from the photos, however. First, it is a weak strike for 1899. Second, there are quite a few bag marks on the obverse and reverse. Third, there is evidence of circulation.

I agree with some of the others, it's not a mint state coin- it looks to have some wear on the highest points and the marks are numerous on both sides. The pictures aren't the clearest, but it should grade AU-something. You might get $150-200 for it.
