Proof Vermont Quarter Lamination Peeling Off

If it weren't for the last fork at the end of the area in question, I might have thought this is a die crack. But a closer view of the area in question would be helpful Report this Post to the Staff

I shall edeavour to take a closer picture but, what I noticed upon examination with a 30x magnifying loupe is that edges of the "crack" are irregular and the lamination is off/peeled. The area in question goes over the fields and devices. Should it be a die crack do you consider it worth to have it sent over to PCGS for an evaluation?
