I have already posted a 2015 Lincoln Cent today with a blob or whatever on the earlobe! Now I found another 2015 coin with a blob very similar, but now at the eye!
What's going on? Help, please, help!

As you can see, the light breaks at the outline of the object, so I think, it should be raised. See the last picture as well.

Note the shiny surface of the object!

Yes, I did, but maybe with not enough pressure. I did not want to ruin it before I get some advice. Ok, now this is the time! Fingers crossed!
OK, I tried to push it down with a toothpick but it did not do anything, so I deployed the WMD (?Iraq, 2003?), a needle, and it just made some scratching but the bulge stayed! I might should take the coins to a dealer if he has a better equipment to test it. But it's interesting, that I have never stumbled into this imperfection and now two times in one day!

Looks like another one in the hair. With that many, first thought is plating debris.

John1, now that you have mentioned, I have noticed them but I thought it's just the light and they part of the design. I don't know, but these coins might have come from the same batch that was soiled. In that case there should be other coins out there with this defect, I guess.
But anyhow, I'm going to take them to a coin shop and we will see what they say! Not as if I would expect them to be extraordinary!
Sorry, if I said something stupid!
