1977 Quarter Possible Strange Error?

Sarcasmos New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 02/23/2020 6:29 pm I came across this in my pocket change today. It is a 1977 quarter but when I checked the back, I noticed that there is a strange deep hole in the coin on the back under the eagle. It almost appears like a hole was drilled there but it didn't go all the way through. I had no idea if this is an error or not, so I'm coming to you guys for help. Thanks!
