this is a 1990 penny. what drew my attention to it was I could see something on the C in AMERICA with my naked eye. when I put it under the scope, you could see another C above it. I will try to get a better pic if I can focus any better. I also looked for MD on the other letters and they didnt have it. so what might this be?

Looks like the copper plating separated during the strike and now is working with the air that the zinc is exposed to now. It makes the zinc raise at first and then fall as the center disintegrates.
