I still don't have much confidence in determining the difference between true errors and Mechanical Doubling. Any thoughts on this picture?

Thank you for the link to the thread that you and other forum members had years ago. I read the complete discussion and looked at all of the pictures. I had no idea that the quarters (in particular) had such an issue. Thank you all for your help! Fascinating (to me)!
