1. Looks like a tiny amount of metal may have been shaved off the edge above Lib's head, sometime after it was issued into circulation, = Post Mint Damage.
2. If it is of the correct weight, the shaving was done at the Mint.
This was a fairly common practice done at the Melbourne Mint, for wartime issues, to bring overweight coins down to the correct weight.
To prove which theory is correct, accurate weight of this coin must be determined.
No extra value, either way.
A keeper anyway, simply because it's a 90%'ter.
