I believe I see the queen on my penny, behind Lincoln and up a slight tad? Am I just seeing things?

That's called Pareidolia. You just have a normal Cent with heavy corrosion.

I think a combination of circulation wear, PMD and grime is making the Coin look like that. I don't believe it is a double denomination.
