I think these were hand punched, the mint mark is rotated enough clockwise to see easily. I couldn't find any info on Wexlers or much of any info on this year and mint mark. Has anyone out there seen one of these before?

Since they were punched in by hand back then, the mintmark positions varied every time. They will always be different, on separate sets of working dies.
