I got this one at a coin show today. The OBV appears to be improper alloy... shouldn't I be seeing something similar on the RVS? Also, maybe DDR, left wheat stalk and some thickness in EPU. Any feedback is appreciated.

I think those are roller lines and not a metal issue. Not seeing doubling in EPU either. I posted a 1944 with more apparent thickness in EPU yesterday if you want to take a look.

I don't think those are roller lines. Nice photography, by the way.

I can see the doubling on the left Wheat ear. Maybe it's an unlisted DDR?

Not roller lines. Just the way the copper was mixed. A nice woody.
