1936-P Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC Improper Allow OBV - Maybe Doubled Die Reverse / DDR

The OBV appears to be improper alloy... shouldn't I be seeing something similar on the RVS? Also, maybe DDR, left wheat stalk and some thickness in EPU. Any feedback is appreciated.
