1960 D LMC/Damaged Planchet?

Good morning. This coin appears to have streaks in the Planchet itself. The thickness is consistent and the color is a brassy yellow. It weighs 3.13 grams. Here are a few images and hopefully you all can steer me in the right direction with what's going on with it. Thanks in advance...

Looks like some sort of Lamination problem on the planchet.
Weight is within spec.

Actually that's what I was thinking but I wasn't sure if peeling had to be involved for it to be lamination. Thanks fellas....

Lamination issues. The 'worse' the issues become, the more likely one or more peels will emerge.

If it is a lamination issue, the weight might be slightly light. But not enough to warrant a premium. This is the small date 1960-D The premium small dates are the 1960 small date 'plain'. The Denver ones were about 50% of large and small dates. So they are common. Several RPMs on that year.
