There seems to be a ring around the inside of the dime and the back there is a spot discolored its just diffrent

@19agilman79, first welcome to CCF. Second, since your pics are a bit fuzzy, perhaps you can explain what you are seeing with the coin in hand that makes you think that it is worth more than face value? Otherwise, you are likely only gonna get mildly snarky answers.

The ring and spot on the coin is just that, a spot/stain
