Crappy pic my scope won't do far-out and my phone camera leaves a lot to be desired. I'll try to get a reverse as well.  This is horrible. I either have cheap scope pic or horrible phone pic. All apologies.

Maybe off-struck? It seems by thin border on reverse it was struck off kilt maybe? Still learning here.

Slight Mis aligned die, these are common, no premium value to them unless they are so far mis aligned that part of the design is off the edge of the coin. Dies that far off are caught fairly quickly because that far off means the die is hitting the collar with every strike as well.

The devices are the normal large date size for that year. The rim looks like a tilted die issue. Nothing special about this one though. If the rim had a fin on it, (now rolled over) then it would be a keeper, but it doesn't.
