Could This Be Machine Doubling Or DDO - 2009 P DC Quarter

Hey Everyone,

I just stumbled across this 2009 Washington DC quarter and it looks like a great deal of doubling is taking place on the obverse. Can you tell me if this is a DDO or is it a case of extreme Machine Doubling?

Not a Doubled Die. That's Die Deterioration Doubling. See my tutorial on Die Deterioration Doubling, for more information, in my signature box below.

Nope. Just check the example I have is a 2001 quarter.
