It's on the obv next to the G in Regina, yes it is small and I have a few with the Cud in the same place on all.

I do not want to rain on someone's parade, but these tiny minor varieties is what leads new collectors down the wrong path. Even if someone pays a buck for this coin, they will have a tough time ever selling it again.

shape appears to be too regular.... maybe a bang to the die. Hard to call.

I do not think it is a Cud for two reasons: Cuds start on the rim,the rim looks unaffected. Two, it does not look like a typical Cud would. Die dent?

I agree. An incuse mark on the die, will leave a raised area on the coins. So it could be a die dot or die gouge or even a die dent. But it is not a Cud. If it were a Cud, the then that area would be higher than the rim would be.
A Cud is when part of the outside area of the die breaks off. When this happens the gutter shelf breaks away as well.

Then the Void will be filled with the planchet material and be as tall as the void, or until it runs out of the planchet stock material.
