Hi.I have one interesting coin, came off the ground at ww1 zone in Slovenija. King Edward VII, 1905 sovereign. Catch is, that all of them seen were in GOLD, but this one is COPPER. Never seen. I'm sure that is authentic-not some new replic. It was at last 100yrs burried in ground. So,i'll be very thankfull for any info about this coin. Thanks...

I think, particularly considering it's location, that you have a vasilopita. : http://goccf.com/t/169619&

@kovancius, first welcome to CCF. Second, it would be awesome if you could also post the weight of this piece. Third, it sounds like you have a token, either for game-playing or pie-eating so I will move this thread over to the appropriate sub-forum.

Thanks to all, but it looks to me as a serious coin with date and marks under head and both sides of date. So it's 115 years old false coin... has someone link of this one please? thanks again for info.. nice day.

Ok so severely underweight as I think that a genuine sovereign should weigh about 8 g. Since this piece is so well struck-up, I think that you should strongly consider the possibility that you don't have a mint error, but rather a replica as @pacificoin and @alganbagerap suggest.

Please pay attention to the very top of the piece above the letters TT where you will see a slight bump. This is where a suspension point has been filed off. What you have was originally a medallion.
