I found this one while CRH. I have encountered this die break before, but this is the strongest example I have of it.

This die crack from Bust to Rim ,travelling along the bottom edge of the Bust was quite common on 96-P Kennedy halves, in most cases it was paired with an additional die crack on the reverse which was extending from the tip of the Eagle's left wing ( viewers right) thru the M of AMERICA and onto the Rim. Check yours out, it looks like you might have it.

The die is really aged. Note how the devices are smaller than normal? From over polishing, the fields get reduced on the fields. Reducing the fields makes the devices smaller in height and width. Also weakens the dies. So they have a better chance to crack.

@Chase007 - I checked the reverse, and no crack is visible, unfortunately. Thanks for the suggestion, however!
