I have 1980-D Lincoln Penny with what seems like it has some type of Lamination error,I would welcome your feed back as to what you think this type of error may be.

Acid damage most likely. Find a somewhat clean, every-day copper cent (from the 70s perhaps) and place it in a small container of vinegar. Leave it there for a week or so and check the results.
