Ok Lincoln has a big blowout on the back of his head and its raised like he got shot on the other side of his head. Kinda also looks like a face behind Lincoln's face. The reverse all those are blowouts also. It's all raised coming out. The penny weighs 2.5 grams. pretty cool looking. What happen?

Just bad zinc rot, I'm afraid. The US Mint has been churning out these famously unstable pieces of junk for going on 40 years now, with no apparent effort to improve the product.

Yes surface staining and zinc core deterioration. This one is a spender.

I would have tossed this one back into circulation without a look. Even if it were, the condition of the coin would dismiss any premium. My feeling about coins: If the coin under my glass is such a low quality that I would not buy it, toss it back. Just because a coin looks different, doesn't make it a collectable. They were created to full fill a purpose. To make change. Probably that describes 99.9% of all of the coinage. Save the best, spend the rest.
