I think this would grade VF-20.

Typical strike flat, I would grade this coin a vf35, exf 40 if the coin does not really show alot of wear.

I would give it a VF-30. The obverse has the gown line crossing the body, and the reverse shows clear separation between the breast and legs of the eagle.
