Possible Doubled Die Obverse / DDO & Die Chips? For A 2017 D Lincoln Penny & 1990 P Dime

Can anyone help me understand if this is a DDO on Liberty and the scenarios on the dimes and if any value? Just trying to get and Idea when I see these scenarios. Report this Post to the Staff

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 03/16/2020 12:38 am That is called die flow. It is seen on later die states. It is kind of like wrinkles on a senior. They show the die is aged. Sometimes these flow lines are removed, but the devices look smaller when this polishing happens. No premium for VLDS dies. They make up about 25% of the dies later years before retirement. (approx. 250K coins on each die pair) Report this Post to the Staff
