Is This A Mad On A 1983-P Nickel?

I found this nickel in the reject slot of my banks coin counting machine. I assumed MADs had a normal strike on one side. I do not think this is PMD. There is also a faint line going most of the way around the rim. What are your opinions? Thanks MM2

Coinfrog, actually, that's a Misaligned Die. Not an Off Center Strike.

Reverse is normal. So it is a MAD coin:

The reverse doesn't look normal to me. The obverse looks like a MAD but don't know what's up with the reverse.

John1, that's how the reverses look like on all major Misaligned Dies. The weakness is showing on the reverse, because of the severely Misaligned Die.
