Not the best photos (too much glare on some prime locations) however IMO it looks like a normal cent

If you are looking at the tops of the devices where the glare is? That is probably Machine Doubling. Glare shows up more on flat surfaces. When I inverted the first image, it looked like that is what you are seeing. But try taking images at a different angle and allow the light to fall over the devices, not spotlight them. Then we might be able to see what you are seeing.
