a little help on this one please...Sorry for all the posts today, just trying to learn as much as possible.

The 1st 2 photos are 1950 D

the 2nd 2 photos are also 1950 D

Are these mint marks errors or PMD?

looks more like a coin wear issue. If it were a RPM, it would be raised, or show a spread enlarging the device.

This is a 'D' mintmark over a 'S' mintmark. Note how the mintmark is showing from behind the 'D' mintmark? That is called spread, If there were nothing showing behind the mintmark, then it would have been normal. I'm not seeing a spread on your mintmark. (these are the same year) If you have to look that close as something to find something, then your looking too hard. A variety coin should stand out with a 10X glass. If not, most collectors will show no interest in coins with too minor of doubling.
