for postage stamps - which are also perforated, the quality of the perfs are a significant part of the grade. These are irregular and this should not have graded above 7.5

Could be badly soiled, even with a slight wipe!
I seriously doubt if PCGS or NGC would to grade it after that!

Keep it in it's tomb for the archeologists to find in 2000 years's time, in memory of COVID-19.
