1922 D(I Think) LWC...confused On This One?

Got this today at a pawn shop with about 200 others for 5 cents each. I noticed the mint mark looks like a blob and it's in a different spot that most. There's also a die break, not sure if it's retained. At first I thought it was really worn but the reverse looks solid. Maybe double struck? I defer to the more educated, thanks

I pointed where the letter/number goes over the rim/edge into the field. And something flew through Lincolns cheek down to the 2. Unless I'm totally wrong on my labels and definitions. Highly likely

I agree with the weak D Strong Reverse. Die 2 obverse? I didn't think there could be that combination
