No errors on your coin. There are a few things you don't realize about this years coins. All of the quarters this year have the devices on the rim with devices touching them. The master hub need to be replaced. When you compare other years during that time period, you can see the master hub starting to swell outwards.

Note the progressive move of the devices near the rim, become merged with the rim. The next year, they replaced the master hub and you can see on the last bottom image, how much more space there is now on the 1983 quarters. When you view them side by side you will see the bust looks larger on the 1982 compared with the 1983 quarters:

See it now?
Also note the fields on your coin, you can see very heavy die flow there. Almost looking like the were dipped in acid, but they weren't.
There look like a bit of Machine Doubling is seen on your coin and also a tilted die issue. (which I feel both are caused from the loose dies causing the MD and the tilted die issue. But nothing as a premium. You have a strike issue, a master hub issue and die aging.
If the coin was a BU 1982 or 1983 they would be keepers. Why? Because they didn't issue mint sets those years. The only ones out there, were the ones sold by each mint. If you have one of each of these you had to go there to buy these. Why are these worth keeping? Collectors often buy mint sets to get nice BU coins. But without them issue as a package deal these years, if you have rolls/BU coins of these, they would be in high demand.
