@psgammato, first welcome to CCF. Second, my go-to website for tokens is tokencatalog.com. In a quick search on the keyword VILLARD, I don't see a direct match for this piece, but I do note that there are multiple tokens issued by W.R. BUTLER / & SON. It might be a starting point for more investigations as they were based in Minnesota, but I suspect your token comes from a seaport.

Thank you. I have found that there is a Villard in N. The anchor leaves me to believe it might be from a ship

In Milwaukee history a major player was a Henry Villard. He was big in street railroads and transportation and had strong East Coast Connections.
