not sure if I should keep this or not I can see and feel the edge it feels like and looks like it has two edges. Any one know what happened to cause this? TIA

That is called a tilted die issue. Not a keeper in this condition. If the affected area was original and was a fin, then it would be a keeper. I fell the rolling of the coins flattens the fins on these coins, removing the premium. What is a Fin? I'll show you some:

I feel these are caused from machine movement during Machine Doubling allowing the die to tilt in the machine. If you find examples of these in an OBW (Original Bank Wrapped) roll, then I could see if this is consistent or hap hazard. (Not occurring exactly strike to strike) I would like images form an original roll to see if they are the same/or different from the same die pair. That would be great information to prove/disprove my theory. So all, if you see this going on on your rolls, that information would be helpful to have.
