Looks like a small die chip. Maybe just large enough that it would carry a small premium, but not worth more than a buck or two. Fun to find though!

I found a San Antonio recently with a die chip in that same location.

IMO, I can't see it at more than face value. However, collect what you like. Just make sure to flatten down those staples so that they don't cause damage to other coins during storage... to CCF...have fun and best of luck on future finds....
