Hi I have this 1946 s Wheat cent that is missing the letter I from the word Liberty.any thoughts on what it might be worth?

to CCF. Either a Grease Filled Die or PMD,neither adds value to your coin,sorry.

Welcome to the forum.
I agree with John1.
Although an interesting find to a newer collector, it would need to have much more of the design missing on a grease-filled strike to have added value.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

Maybe a bubble gum machine altered it off the coin. The date is also affected a bit or a Struck Through Grease issue. Not a premium for this though.

There appears to be the ghost image of the letter i, ergo, a Greaser. Mechanical erasure could be the answer, but without extreme closeup(s) can't be sure. No added value.
