Hello just curious what this is on top of lea looks like an extra stem or vein? In the rest of pictures is this dye deterioration?

@sg, I see a tiny die chip on the stem plus evidence that the die used to strike this coin was pretty tired.

A whole die flow going on with that die. A spender, unless you want an educational coin to show to a new collector. Of what extreme die wear looks like. Heavy die flow on the fields and the die chip.
