Hello! Could anybody help guide me towards the specific variety attribution for this 59?
I've done my due diligence on coins and canada and think it may be a "Bold 9 Loop" could anyone confirm?

To give a specific ID, you'll have to add more photos of both sides to show more details. Try different lighting angles and need much clearer obverse.
