We will need full-coin pics of both sides. Seller's pics are fine as long as they are sharp.

Looking at a few letters on my 81 and this one there are a couple different things that caught my eye. The I in DEI and Gratia are both a different I than my 81, and I'm not sure about the D's either but not much to go on with this picture we need a full picture or the obverse

I don't think you can really be sure from the ebay photos. Photographs can be very deceiving depending on the focus, lighting, etc. I can see where the N in CANADA could be a bit of damage hiding the serif to the right of the foot, but the N in REGINA (which you didn't show in the above photo) looks like a single serif N to me.

VF20+ ... a very scarce coin. Trends about $450 Cdn in VF-20. There are people who have looked for decades and not found one. It will be an easy sell.

Quote: I'm surprized more people havent comented as this is a really hard coin to find probably because this is in the grading section, but anyway amazing find and if you ever want to get rid of it let me know :) I'm not. The title of the topic says nothing and there's no good pics that even identify what the coin is until 2/3 of the way down the page. Even the people that didn't give up on it before clicking gave up after looking 5 or 6 posts deep and still not knowing anything. This is why I've just started locking topics with no pics and leaving a note to start a new topic when pics are uploaded.

It takes a little while to get the hang of good titles for new posts and taking and uploading photos. Sammeli only has 21 posts so far and is still a new member.
A better title for the post would be "Here is the 1881-H SSN Cent" That would catch more people's attention. If one of the moderators would rename the post for Sammeli, it would probably get more comments.
