KauaiHawaiiGuy Pillar of the Community United States 612 Posts	Posted 03/31/2020 11:18 am Yesterday this 1893 Morgan dollar sold on ebay for $154.01 ...... that was the high bid of 28 bids (and no, I didn't bid on it). This is one of the rarer years, and in this condition and from the Philidelphia mint this raw coin would normally sell for $250 to $350, if it was real. Read the sellers description. He says a dealer told him the coin is not real, there is no return, and yet it sold for over $150 with 28 bids. It appears the seller is bidding on his own coin and when he gets a live bite he retracts his bid. Anyone who bought this counterfeit can get a refund if requested as ebay will make the buyer refund the money. A lot of bidders do not read the descriptions. Report this Post to the Staff
