I have noticed that there are significantly more deals to be had in the past few weeks on New Listings.
Sure, the same old re-run automatic relisted items don't budge.
I've been seeing some of those for a couple years now and they generally rarely disappear or drop in price.

But I think I'm seeing smarter sellers (maybe) coming down to Earth with low starting bids or far lower Buy it Now than I am used to seeing.

Some of the hard to find medals I wouldn't consider or never see have been popping up.
Trouble is I have to behave myself. I'm gonna be picky while the pickin is good.
I still have to look through all the re-runs for them though.
Just an observation. It could just be my imagination.

I've been making offers on buy it now even with no offers accepted and everyone has accepted my offers (10/18% below asking). I think people are trying to sell. So I agree with you.

Nobody wants to spend just now, everybody wants to keep their cash. That's why prices are low.
If you can buy at this time instead, you are buying well, with prices keeping low for non necessities.

You're all correct so allow me to add my disgust with the sales tax aspect ; an instant 6-9% loss depending upon the greed of your home district. I have placed several offers rather than outright quick buy with that in mind ...
