weakness in obverse strike which is quite typical. the overall look of the coin imo is in the VF30 area. the highest leave ribs are there and the 5 on the reverse does not show excessive wear. reverse lettering is pretty sharp and not flattened on the top half of the coin again leading to my assessment of a weak strike
