Guess I've been to tough on my IHs. I would have graded it as a G-4. I'll have to go back through them and upgrade to at least qa G-6.

VG8 but it might push over to 10. a couple letters are visible on the headband and the reverse looks 10 to me

I agree with panzaldi, if the pictures were clearer this could be a VG 10. The reverse has a full shield, and not a terrible amount of wear. The Observe, clear date, full denticles, details in the feathers and in the lower locks of hair, the Liberty is whats keeping me from a VG 10, I see no letters but that could be from the picture.
