I've had this one stashed away for a while and kind of thought the grading may be off. Since I am in no way an expert on grading, I thought maybe I'd ask for the opinions of some people who have much more knowledge than me.
Grading was done by ANACS.
I'd appreciate it if you'd let me know what you think the actual grade should be.

Close to MS but signs of friction. AU-58.

I'm at AU-55 with a shot at -58.
Strike shows the usual weakness that most WL's of the 40's do.

I'm particular about coins dated 1941.
That is my birth year.
I've got a birth year set.
Here's my 1941-D half; it's MS-65.

Dang, you guys are good! I kind of thought the coin should have been graded a little higher, but you guys were right on target.

I had it at AU55 a hair too much wear for 58. still a nice piece
