If I am considering to buy, I have to admit,
I really don't like grading from
ebay their photos, because the quality of them can have huge variation. It is bit easier for the seller to shift his coins, if they have been slabbed first.
That is what started TPGrading in the first place.
Really any coin that is offered on
ebay should be slabbed, but that is a problem, because the low value of most of coins offered cannot justify the fees to have them graded.
Nevertheless, I
will occasionally attempt to offer a grading opinion from
ebay sellers photos, because that is about all that a prospective buyer is left with. That is a whole lot better than nothing at all, for a prospective buyer to consider.
This where a dealer has an advantage, because they submit bulk volumes of coins for slabbing, thus reducing the grading fee cost per coin.
For these coins, I agree with, and respect all of the opinions before mine.
