You're correct with Lees 34 and I'd agree with VF as well.
The reverse is unique to this variety and of pretty bad workmanship as you can see a lot of the letters are misaligned and double punched. Likely the work of an inexperienced engraver at the Heaton mint, as pointed out by Faulkner in his 2019 book "Imperial Designs" which I would definitely recommend reading if you're interested in the Ships Colonies and Commerce series!
