I have a penny with the sort of shiny bronze type of color on the reverse. It is a 2018D in very fine shape.

Just looks like a coin that's oxidized to a slightly more bronze color from whatever it was in contact with. I've also seen Coop (one of the experts on here) mention that pennies plated with a vat that's been used a lot will have some zinc mixed into the copper solution, which creates a brass plating. Either way, don't think it's worth anything above face.
