I am nowhere near being qualified to grade any coin, but I have a question on this particular one. Why are the steps so worn out while there are lots of other high spots one would figure would be worn first? Thanks,H50

@Huck50..steps weakened due to a later die stage, the older the die, the lesser the definition in the steps
