IMO, grade doesn't matter, coin looks like it was polished to death (if your photos are showing true images of the coin)..Sorry

Looks like AU detail or close to it. Very negative eye appeal unfortunately.

These small pics simply don't show enough surface detail to evaluate this coin properly.

In the past PCGS has returned some coins as 'cleaned' without slabbing them: but still charging me. What criteria do TPGs use to make this decision since sometimes I've received a coin back in a slab with a details 'cleaned' grade.

What is the probability that this coin would get a slab with a details grade?
